Requirements

Two years experience in a manufacturing environment as a machine operator.
Forklift operator experience.
Computer literate in industrial applications.
Knowledge working with tools and have a good mechanical aptitude.
Able to work as a member of the team, including facilitating team projects.
Good verbal and written skills.
Available to work all shifts.
Minimum of two years experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment providing the candidate with solid knowledge of machine operations and mechanical aptitude to keep machinery and equipment operating optimally and effectively via Operator Interface Terminal.
Excellent communication skills.
Able to work under limited supervision.
Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, work schedules and performance graphs.
Work consists of a wide range of tasks requiring a high level of problem solving skills that result in solutions from several alternatives.
Help maintain product quality while meeting output standards.
Able to interpret and accomplish tasks and directives described in complex technical, administrative, professional and company guidelines.
Able to work overtime and any shift as necessary.
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in food processing.
Lean manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

Operating, light preventative maintenance, performing minor troubleshooting, and sanitation of highly technical equipment in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Responsible for production scheduling, materials logistics, and the shipping process.
Rotate through various assignments in receiving, packaging, palletizing, finished goods, and shipping.
