About The Position

This position is an essential part of Sherwin’s manufacturing team. They assist the Operations Manager and/or Production Supervisor in maintaining all standards in accordance with safety, quality, inventory, and productivity levels while contributing to the safe and efficient production of consistently high-quality products according to the production plan and customer requirements as an operator. This position performs various manufacturing tasks as assigned and is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and productive working environment.

Requirements

• Operating heavy machinery
• Access to proprietary information, raw materials, finished merchandise, and/or other items of value
• Review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company’s staff, employees, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager and/or Production Supervisor in maintaining all standards in accordance with safety, quality, inventory, and productivity levels.
• Contribute to the safe and efficient production of consistently high-quality products according to the production plan and customer requirements as an operator.
• Perform various manufacturing tasks as assigned.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and productive working environment.
