About The Position
Stranger Soccer is expanding globally and is looking for an Operator & License Owner to launch, manage, and grow its football platform in Dallas. This role is for entrepreneurial individuals passionate about football and driven to create a local football community, making the sport more accessible. The Operator & License Owner will lead the growth of Stranger Soccer in Dallas by building local partnerships, managing operations, and growing an active player community. They will have the autonomy to shape the local operation with support from the Singapore headquarters, including a technology platform and proven operating systems.
Requirements
- Passion for football and a strong understanding of the local football community
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Experience managing operations and delivering measurable results
- Background in operations, community management, or customer experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
Responsibilities
- Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Dallas
- Build partnerships with football venues and secure quality playing locations
- Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members
- Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and grow the community
- Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience
- Identify opportunities to improve and expand the local operation
