About The Position

Stranger Soccer is expanding globally and is looking for an Operator & License Owner to launch, manage, and grow their football platform in Nashville. This role is for entrepreneurial individuals passionate about football and driven to create a local football community. The Operator & License Owner will lead the growth of Stranger Soccer in Nashville, building local partnerships, managing operations, and growing an active community of players. They will have the freedom to shape the local operation while benefiting from the systems, expertise, and support of the Singapore headquarters. The role involves launching and growing the platform, building partnerships with football venues, recruiting and supporting local team members, driving marketing initiatives, and overseeing game operations to ensure an outstanding player experience. Support from the Singapore headquarters includes a technology platform for app, payments, and operations, proven operating systems, and ongoing guidance.

Requirements
