About The Position
Stranger Soccer is expanding globally and is seeking a License Owner/Operator to launch and manage the Stranger Soccer brand in Chennai. This role is designed for entrepreneurial individuals who are passionate about football and business, and who want to run, grow, and own their own venture while making football more accessible in their city. The License Owner/Operator will be responsible for establishing and growing Stranger Soccer in Chennai, overseeing daily operations, building a strong community, and driving player acquisition. This is a hands-on ownership opportunity with a performance-driven structure and significant upside potential. Support will be provided by the headquarters team in Singapore, including a technology platform, a proven operating model, and ongoing guidance.
Requirements
- Passionate about football with strong local insight

- Comfortable taking ownership and driving measurable results
- Experience in operations, events, community building, or similar areas
- Strong communication and people leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Launch and grow Stranger Soccer operations in Chennai
- Secure and manage partnerships with football venues
- Recruit, train, and manage game hosts and part-time staff
- Drive player acquisition through creative marketing and community engagement
- Ensure a high-quality, consistent game experience that keeps players coming back
- Continuously improve and scale operations
