About The Position

Stranger Soccer is expanding globally and is looking for an Operator & License Owner to launch, manage, and grow their football platform in Washington DC. This role is for entrepreneurial individuals passionate about the game who want to build and operate their own local football operation, making football more accessible in their city. The Operator & License Owner will lead the growth of Stranger Soccer in Washington DC by building local partnerships, managing operations, and growing an active community of players. They will have the freedom to shape the local operation with support from the Singapore headquarters, including a technology platform and proven operating systems.

Requirements

• Passion for football and a strong understanding of the local football community
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• Experience managing operations and delivering measurable results
• Background in operations, community management, or customer experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Washington DC
• Build partnerships with football venues and secure quality playing locations
• Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members
• Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and grow the community
• Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience
• Identify opportunities to improve and expand the local operation
