About The Position
Stranger Soccer is launching in Seattle and seeking a License Owner/Operator to establish and run the brand in the city. This role is for entrepreneurial individuals who are passionate about football and business, and who want to own and grow their own venture while making football more accessible. The License Owner/Operator will be responsible for daily operations, building a strong community, and driving growth. This is a performance-driven opportunity with significant upside potential, offering full ownership and autonomy over local operations, with support from the Singapore headquarters team.
Requirements
- Passionate about football with strong local insight
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action
- Comfortable taking ownership and driving measurable results
- Experience in operations, events, community building, or similar areas
- Strong communication and people leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Launch and grow Stranger Soccer operations in Seattle
- Secure and manage partnerships with football venues
- Recruit, train, and manage game hosts and part-time staff
- Drive player acquisition through creative marketing and community engagement
- Ensure a high-quality, consistent game experience that keeps players coming back
- Continuously improve and scale operations
