About The Position

Stranger Soccer is seeking a License Owner / Operator to launch and operate the Stranger Soccer brand in Fairfield County. This role is designed for entrepreneurial individuals who want to run, grow, and own their own venture while making football more accessible. The License Owner/Operator will be responsible for establishing and growing operations, overseeing daily activities, and building an engaged football community. This is a hands-on ownership opportunity driven by performance and impact.

Responsibilities

• Launch and grow Stranger Soccer operations in Fairfield County
• Secure and manage partnerships with football venues
• Recruit, train, and manage game hosts and part-time staff
• Drive player acquisition through creative marketing and community engagement
• Ensure a high-quality, consistent game experience that keeps players coming back
• Continuously improve and scale operations
