About The Position
Stranger Soccer is expanding globally and is looking for an Operator & License Owner to launch, manage, and grow their football platform in Sacramento. This role is for entrepreneurial individuals passionate about football and driven to create a meaningful impact by making the sport more accessible. The Operator & License Owner will lead the growth of Stranger Soccer in Sacramento by building local partnerships, managing operations, and fostering an active player community. They will have the autonomy to shape the local operation while receiving support and utilizing systems from the Singapore headquarters.
Requirements
- Passion for football and a strong understanding of the local football community
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Experience managing operations and delivering measurable results
- Background in operations, community management, or customer experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
Responsibilities
- Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Sacramento
- Build partnerships with football venues and secure quality playing locations
- Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members
- Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and grow the community
- Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience
- Identify opportunities to improve and expand the local operation
