About The Position
Stranger Soccer is expanding globally and seeking a License Owner/Operator to launch and manage the brand in Dallas. This role is designed for entrepreneurial individuals passionate about football and business, who want to run, grow, and own their own venture while increasing football accessibility in their city. The License Owner/Operator will be responsible for establishing and growing Stranger Soccer in Dallas, overseeing daily operations, building a strong community, and driving player acquisition. This is a hands-on ownership opportunity with a performance-driven structure and significant upside potential, supported by a headquarters team providing a technology platform, operating model, and ongoing guidance.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Launch and grow Stranger Soccer operations in Dallas

- Recruit, train, and manage game hosts and part-time staff
