About The Position

Bonnell Aluminum is searching for an individual to join our AnoPlus team as an Operator Level 1 - Day Shift.

Requirements

• Ability to do basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide whole numbers).
• Ability to efficiently use a computer for data entry and retrieval.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Able to work overtime, as needed
• Maintain excellent attendance.
• Pass company background and drug screening

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma/GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Processing material safely and efficiently through fabrication and packaging processes.
• Evaluation of all material for quality standard compliance.
• Operate machines and improve processes.
• Reading fabrication prints/drawings for processing material through machines.
• Ability to work with measuring tools/devices such as micrometers, calipers, squares, and protractors.
• Inspire others to work efficiently, defuse conflict and make good decisions.
