The Lab Operator responsibilities include to test and standardize all finished product prior to canning or bulk shipment, using the mojonnier testing method, to assure that all product meets minimum standards. To keep corresponding records according to internal and regulatory requirements. To monitor fat and solids concentrations during the processing of each batch. To schedule raw and finished silo usage to ensure proper rotation of product and timely cleaning of equipment. To participate in required Nestle laboratory evaluation programs. Employees shall follow all the plant safety and quality rules, report incidents & unsafe conditions immediately and maintain compliance with regulations.
