Requirements

High School Diploma / GED or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Minimum 4 years related work experience.
Applies solid knowledge of business concepts, procedures and practices, and a complete understanding of fundamentals in a functional area, and working knowledge of other related disciplines.
Will perform this job in a quality system environment.
Performs complex assignments usually without established procedures.
Assignments require considerable judgment, initiative, creativity and leadership in troubleshooting, suggesting alternatives, and making recommendations for continuous quality improvement.

Associates Degree (± 13 years) or some college credits preferred.

Responsibilities

Assembles, repairs, inspects and/or tests products following written instructions.
Sets up and operates a variety of machines following written instructions.
Cleans tools and equipment per documented procedures.
Records information on approved documents.
Disposes of hazardous waste material in corresponding hazardous waste areas.
Resolves problems and makes routine recommendations.
Trains other employees when necessary.
Maintains all certifications required to remain in compliance.
Plans and organizes non-routine tasks with approval.
Initiates or maintains work schedules.
Establishes priorities of work assignments.
Solves a wide range of complex problems requiring advanced interpretation of generally defined procedures and practices.
Selects methods and practices to obtain imaginative, thorough, and practical solutions to questions.
Understands organizational structure and positions of key employees.
Maintains general knowledge of products/services associated with the area and employees involved with specific product lines and services.
