About The Position

This role is part of Alcon's Manufacturing function, a team that designs, produces and delivers innovative eyecare products to more than 140 countries through operational excellence and efficiency. The Operator III, Production Management, is primarily responsible for handling advanced production tasks, operating complex machinery, and performing maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency and production excellence at our Manufacturing Facility in Houston, TX.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English

Responsibilities

Handle advanced production tasks such as assembly, material forming/shaping, processing, treating, or packaging, ensuring they meet established specifications and quality standards.
Follow detailed production schedules and operate complex machinery.
Perform maintenance activities to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
Participate in quality checks and support continuous improvement efforts.
Help maintain a safe work environment.
All associates must adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training.
Associates are responsible for meeting their individual job requirements and contributing to the overall compliance of the organization.
