About The Position

Control or operate machinery or equipment to assist with manufacturing, packaging, and other steps along a production line. May be expected to handle heavy machinery. This role is for an Operator 1 Fluid Bed Main Plant at the Solae Pryor Oklahoma Facility.

Requirements

Lift materials up to 50 pounds
Lift material up to 50 pounds repetitively
Push/pull material and/or adjust equipment up to 50 pounds
Use hands to twist, grip, turn repetitively
Climb in to and out of forklift
Climb ladders up to 60 feet high
Climb stairs up to 12 flights
Work in a sitting position
Typing using a keyboard up to 8 hours a day

Responsibilities

To know and monitor the process flow in their area.
To understand, troubleshoot and control the process in their area using Honeywell computer systems.
To understand and operate the equipment in their area.
To understand and adhere to Safety Policies, Operating Procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices & Product Safety Manual.
To perform necessary analytical tests and mathematical computations to accomplish above duties.
Communicate with Supervision and other workers to insure proper flow of information.
To maintain an orderly and clean work area which supports our sanitation guidelines.
