Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
0 to 6 months of experience operating machining equipment producing simple to moderate complexity components
Basic math skills and the ability to read and understand blueprints
Good mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity and attention to detail
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

Setting up and operating CNC and manual machinery to manufacture medical components
Running simple machines simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality
Using precision measuring and inspection equipment to ensure product specifications are met
Identifying and changing tooling as required to maintain efficient operations
Completing production and quality documentation in line with regulatory and company requirements
Working as part of a team to support continuous improvement, safety and cleanliness standards
