About The Position

Operator I is an entry-level role responsible for operating and monitoring basic food production equipment to support efficient and safe food manufacturing. The position helps maintain product quality, comply with food safety standards, and support continuous improvement on the production floor. The schedule is 3rd shift, 6:00 p.m. to 3:30 a.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Ability to read and follow standard operating procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment malfunctions.
• Conduct routine quality checks and accurately record data.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work areas in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), and follow required personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols.
• Assist with product changeovers and equipment setups.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Participate in training and cross-training opportunities.
