About The Position

This role requires 6 months of manufacturing experience. While experience in medical devices is a plus, it is not required. The company is not seeking candidates with warehouse or forklift driving experience, nor those from Amazon, and prefers candidates without short tenures. Candidates must pass an eye exam and color vision test. Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) is necessary for training and communication. The role involves using microscopes, following policies and procedures, reading and interpreting information, and performing basic arithmetic. Physical requirements include the ability to sit/walk/stand for up to 10 hours, intermittent crawling, squatting, climbing, twisting, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting/carrying items less than 50 pounds. Visual acuity including close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus is essential.

Requirements

• Ability to use hand tools to manipulate, handle or feel

• Must possess visual acuity, i.e., close, distance, and color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus
• Ability to lift/carry items less than 50 pounds
• Must pass eye exam and color vision test
