This is a non-exempt position responsible for the production of high quality medical devices within a cleanroom environment. The role involves performing a combination of assembly, repair, and test operations on medical Catheters, pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related medical device assemblies. Maintaining compliance and quality according to standardized procedures is crucial. The position requires clear communication of ideas, problems, and solutions, along with a positive attitude when interacting with internal and external customers. Safety guidelines must be followed, and accurate documentation is essential as this is an FDA regulated company. The role demands the ability to read and comprehend written procedures, understand verbal instructions, and handle small components under a microscope. Physical requirements include the ability to sit and stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks such as grab, pinch, pull, and twist.
