About The Position

The 2nd Shift Operator I (Mixer) plays a critical role in the manufacturing process within the non-durable goods sector by operating and monitoring mixing equipment during the second shift. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial mixing equipment.
  • Ability to work the 2nd shift schedule reliably.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as required.
  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are essential for safely operating and monitoring mixing equipment, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor mixing machinery to ensure proper blending of raw materials according to production specifications.

  • Accurately record production data, including batch numbers, quantities, and any deviations from standard procedures.
