Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial mixing equipment.
- Ability to work the 2nd shift schedule reliably.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as required.
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are essential for safely operating and monitoring mixing equipment, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor mixing machinery to ensure proper blending of raw materials according to production specifications.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance to prevent malfunctions and ensure operational efficiency.
- Accurately record production data, including batch numbers, quantities, and any deviations from standard procedures.
- Follow all safety guidelines and quality control standards to maintain a safe working environment and product integrity.
