This position is eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus payable after 90 days of employment! The work involves assembling product in a fast-paced environment. The role requires adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards and involves working with hazardous/toxic materials. Specific gowning is required for the cleanroom environment, including gloves, hair & beard net and face cover, safety glasses with no makeup / jewelry, and the like. The cleanroom is a controlled environment for temperature and humidity having low ambient noise.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No previous job experience required
• Follow all safety protocols
• Drive quality in all activities
• Stand and move about including reaching, bending, stooping, grasping
• Use hand tools and equipment including forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, and pulling
• Infrequently lift and manipulate up to 50 pounds max unassisted

Responsibilities

• Manually assemble tubing and connectors to be used in the medical industry
• Read manufacturing drawings and follow standard procedures
• Manufacture bags applying standard procedures (SOP) in accordance with product blueprint
• Record and complete accurate documentation according to GMP requirements
• Drive safety culture and quality in all activities
• Responsible for performing visual inspection on in-process and finished products and raise to leadership when appropriate
• Working with a team in a fast-paced environment assembling product
• Participate in the Lean PPI (Practical Process Improvement) culture through Tier boards, GEMBA, JDI, RCCM, and/or Kaizen events
