This role involves following written procedures, completing production assignments, maintaining a designated uniform and cleanroom apparel, and adhering to aseptic technique guidelines. The operator will continuously monitor products for defects, read meters for weighing products, and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Safety is paramount, requiring all work activities to be performed safely, maintaining a safe and clutter-free work area, and immediately cleaning up spills. Property damage and safety hazards must be reported immediately. Accurate documentation and quality checks are essential, along with performing simple maintenance and reporting malfunctioning equipment. All duties must align with company Standard Operating Procedures and Quality System requirements, including maintaining current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The role also involves training coworkers, assisting with inventory, and working cooperatively with colleagues to achieve team, department, and company goals. Other tasks may be assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
