About The Position

The Operator - Dry Ice safely operates forklifts or other equipment to load, unload, sort, stage, and transport products. The role requires professional interaction with shipping carriers, customers, safety teams, customer service, and branch management, as well as clear communication and a sense of urgency when needed. The operator follows Linde safety procedures and promotes safe practices among team members. The work is performed independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. The position offers competitive compensation and benefits, with a stated pay range of $21.63–$31.73.

Requirements

High school degree or GED.
More than three years of general manufacturing or warehousing experience.
Prior forklift experience.
Basic computer skills.
Strong mechanical aptitude and effective problem-solving skills.
Ability to consistently lift, rotate, and lower 60 pounds throughout the workday.
