Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating industrial or clearing equipment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Certification or training in equipment operation or industrial maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor clearing equipment to ensure efficient processing and minimize interruptions.
• Perform routine machinery inspections and maintenance to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment life.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical or operational issues promptly, coordinating with maintenance teams as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment performance, maintenance activities, and incidents.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies to promote a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to optimize clearing processes and implement improvements.
• Assist in training new operators on equipment use and safety procedures.
