Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy machinery and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
• Ability to read and interpret basic technical documents and instructions
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain mobile and fixed equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Perform routine inspections and basic preventive maintenance
• Monitor material flow and quality to ensure consistent production
• Follow all safety procedures and support a culture of continuous improvement
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve issues
