Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; capable of performing basic mathematical calculations and accurately recording data.
Ability to read, understand, and apply information from Safety Data Sheets (SDS), equipment manuals, cleaning specifications, and technical documents.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred; high-volume manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
Bilingual skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities

Monitor, test, and document chemical concentrations to ensure the proper cleaning and sanitization of equipment.
Clean and sanitize silo tanks, vats, processing lines, fillers, and other designated plant equipment and areas.
Complete all required production, sanitation, and quality documentation accurately and timely.
Perform preventive maintenance activities as assigned.
Maintain a clean, sanitary, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies.
Adhere to all safety, security, and food safety requirements.
Wear and properly utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Support compliance with all regulatory, customer, and Safe Quality Food (SQF) standards and requirements.
Maintain regular attendance and dependable work habits.
Perform other duties as assigned.
