About The Position

This role is responsible for ensuring components are correctly matched according to material specifications, completing daily tasks efficiently, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The Operator will also contribute to inventory accuracy and communicate effectively with team leaders and supervisors regarding work-related matters and improvement ideas.

Requirements

• Ability to ensure components are matched correctly according to material specifications (WOFs).
• Ability to complete daily tasks such as pulling, sorting, and storing in a timely manner.
• Ability to communicate with Team Leaders and Supervisors for work related matters such as product, process, safety or any improvement ideas.
• Ability to correct inventory accuracy to improve inventory turnover.
• Attention to detail and pursuit of quality in accomplishing tasks.
• Adherence to the company’s safety and quality standards.
• Ability to maintain a safe and clean work area.
