About The Position
We are seeking an Operator Blending and Loading-Nights for our Fallon NV facility. You will be responsible for receiving, sampling, loading and unloading all inbound bulk shipments of used oil by rail, and truck.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of loading/unloading of rail or truck preferred
- Knowledge of loading and unloading railcars and tankers preferred
- Forklift experience
- Track Mobile experience preferred
- Work well in a team environment
- DOT or RCRA training an asset!
- Ability to work in hot and cold weather conditions
- Comfortable working at height of up to 14ft
- Basic computer knowledge
- Must be able to stand for long periods, stoop, climb and lift up to 50lbs
Responsibilities
- Ensuring Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner
- Review paperwork to ensure compliance with company, governmental rules and regulations
- Sample all inbound rail cars, trucks and trailers
- Prepare the sample and submit for lab analysis
- Prepares paperwork receipts for filing and processing
- Unload rail cars, trucks and trailers into the used oil receiving tanks
- General housekeeping of the facility
- Other duties as required
