About The Position
Help make Sabra’s beloved brands by operating packaging equipment, supporting production goals, and keeping quality and safety at the center of every shift.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to work in cold or hot environments, stand for long periods of time, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Set up packaging equipment by entering HMI settings or manually adjusting switches, dials, levers, and knobs to meet proper operating parameters
- Load labels, corrugate, glue, and other materials into packaging equipment to keep production running smoothly
- Complete manual equipment changeovers, including the Quadrel Labeler and Douglas Casepacker, for different production runs
- Record production, equipment test, and quality assurance data on required forms to support tracking and product quality
- Check equipment surfaces for cleanliness after manual and COP tank cleaning and sanitation processes are complete
- Share and gather shift updates during pass down meetings, including work status, recipes, cleaning progress, equipment needs, and open issues
- Support peer-to-peer training and follow SOP and SSOP guidance to maintain safe, consistent operating practices
- Plan production start and stop times, and calculate raw materials needed to meet shift goals
