About The Position

Primex Plastics is seeking a full time Operator Assistant on 1st shift. This position starts at $18.50/hour. New employees earn wage increases at 60 days, 6 months, and 1st anniversary, plus receive quarterly bonuses which add another $2,000-6,000 annually. This means you could earn $40,000-$45,000 in your first year, depending on shift and bonus performance. Additionally, at Primex we offer great opportunities for advancement. Many of our entry-level employees are able to quickly enter Operator training in order to promote to more challenging roles with greater earnings.

Requirements

• Must be reliable and eager to work and learn
• Must have good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate clearly
• Must be able to accurately read a measuring tape
• Must be able to work independently and as a team
