Operator Assistant Trainee - Production Solutions
About The Position
This is an apprentice role for training for a predetermined period of time, intended for use only in US operations. Under strict supervision, the trainee learns basic safety, repair, and operating procedures for assigned Product Service Line equipment and tools using the defined competency system and processes. The role follows Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures and applicable safety and service-quality protocols. The trainee may assist with vehicle and equipment inspections and related paperwork or reports, equipment rigging-up and rigging-down, preventative maintenance, and support-equipment upkeep. The role also assists with cleanup, repair, and job preparation and completes required training through the Company’s learning development system. This is an entry-level position based in Lafayette, Louisiana.

Responsibilities
- Learn basic safety, repair, and operating procedures for assigned equipment and tools under strict supervision.
- Follow Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures and applicable safety and service-quality protocols.
- May assist with pre- and post-job vehicle and equipment inspections and associated paperwork or reports.
- May assist with equipment rigging-up and rigging-down.
- May complete preventative maintenance procedures and maintain support equipment.
- Assist with cleanup, repair, and job preparation.
- Complete required training through the Company’s learning development system and processes.
