About The Position

This role involves performing production line work within established time standards for each operation. The operator will be responsible for using small hand tools, learning to use standard measuring equipment, and following simple work instructions. The position requires flexibility to work in multiple areas due to rotating assignments. The work environment may include elevated temperatures, dirt, and grease, and requires the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. This is a high-paced production environment focused on meeting standards.

Requirements

• Ability to use small hand tools.
• Capability of learning use of standard measuring equipment.
• Willingness to work in multiple areas as required by rotating assignments.
• Ability to operate a forklift when required testing has been successfully completed.
• Functional math skills required to complete job tasks.
• Ability to learn the use of all gages and instruments required to related job tasks.
• Ability to input data into CIMA.
• Physically able to lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Nice To Haves

• At least one (1) year of experience in assembly preferred.
