About The Position

We are seeking a Operator 3, Bakery- Warehouse - 1st Shift to join our team at our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. As a Operator 3, Bakery- Warehouse - 1st Shift, you will be accountable for operating material handling equipment and managing the movement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to ensure safe and efficient warehouse operations.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) using whole numbers, decimals, and fractions.
At least one year of deep-reach forklift experience or equivalent training.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
Physical ability to perform warehouse tasks safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Operate material handling equipment safely and in compliance with company guidelines.
Record and track all material movements within the warehouse, including raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments according to company procedures.
Maintain compliance with safety and quality assurance standards, including government regulations.
Report malfunctioning equipment promptly to plant management.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe, including sweeping floors and removing trash.
Support product quality, legality, and safety by maintaining sanitary conditions and reporting potential contamination.
