If you’re ready to grow with us, we’d love to hear from you. About the Role We are seeking a Warehouse Operator to join our team at our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. As a Warehouse Operator, you will be accountable for operating material handling equipment and managing the movement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to ensure safe and efficient warehouse operations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) using whole numbers, decimals, and fractions.
  • At least one year of deep-reach forklift experience or equivalent training.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Physical ability to perform warehouse tasks safely and efficiently.

Nice To Haves

  • Valid forklift operating license.
  • Prior experience in warehouse operations within a food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate material handling equipment safely and in compliance with company guidelines.
  • Record and track all material movements within the warehouse, including raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
  • Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments according to company procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with safety and quality assurance standards, including government regulations.
  • Report malfunctioning equipment promptly to plant management.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe, including sweeping floors and removing trash.
  • Support product quality, legality, and safety by maintaining sanitary conditions and reporting potential contamination.
