Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Thin Film is currently seeking applicants for a 2nd Shift Screenprint Operator. The site has a lot of natural beauty to offer including the world-famous Niagara Falls which are just a short drive away!
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and write in order to understand production documents
- Ability to work in a clean room environment
- Ability to multi-task is required
- Basic math skills required
- Computer skills required
- Close attention to detail skills required
- Must qualify as a “U.S. Person” according to U.S. federal law.
Responsibilities
- Obtain work document for parts to be processed and set up printer accordingly
- Determine type paste to be used per traveler
- Place parts on tool plate, activate machine to print, monitor machine to ensure it is printing evenly and straight
- Complete visual checks to make sure the part is aligned correctly and occasionally measure alignment
- Bake parts in oven
- Run printed parts through furnace to cure printed ink
- Clean screens and machines after each process and route parts to other departments as instructed
