Requirements

High school diploma or GED (required).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Basic math skills and ability to read, write, and interpret specifications in English.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Proven ability to work flexible, extended hours and maintain punctual attendance.
Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in manufacturing (strongly preferred).
Familiarity with FDA, GMP, and ISO9000 compliance.

Responsibilities

Execute routine production tasks: filling, assembling, packing, labeling, and inspecting products.
Maintain accurate records and logs in compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO9000 standards.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and ensure quality output.
Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed to support production flow.
Follow standard operating procedures and supervisor instructions precisely.
Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to ensure smooth operations.
Safely lift up to 50 lbs and operate within established safety guidelines.
