About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• 1–2 years of experience performing production or manufacturing tasks.
• Basic math and English literacy to interpret specifications and perform calculations.
• Teamwork and interpersonal skills for working in a collaborative environment.
• Punctuality and flexibility to work extended hours and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery for routine production tasks, including filling, packing, labeling, assembling, and inspecting products.
• Maintain accurate production records and logs in compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO9000 standards.
• Collaborate with team members to support team objectives and rotate responsibilities as needed.
• Follow standard operating procedures and instructions with attention to detail.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to support smooth operations.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
