If you’re ready to grow with us, we’d love to hear from you. We are seeking a Sheeter Line Operator to join our team at our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. As a Sheeter Line Operator, you will be accountable for maximizing production output while maintaining dough quality, minimizing waste, and ensuring the sheeting line operates within established process parameters.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 6 months of experience as an Ingredient Operator or related production role
  • Ability to read scales, temperatures, and document production data accurately
  • Basic knowledge of dough mixing, dough handling, and processing equipment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work with computers and operating screens

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a fast‑paced production or packaging environment
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Experience with process controls or automated production equipment
  • Familiarity with AOE systems (Centerline, CIL)
  • Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control sheeting line performance to ensure dough is processed efficiently and within line capacity
  • Maintain process control settings, verify dough texture/temperature, and perform accurate weight and quality checks
  • Ensure proper equipment functionality, report malfunctions, and uphold safe, organized work areas
  • Verify proofer plate counts, maintain flour dusters, and manage dough flow to support production quality
  • Complete accurate documentation and communicate dough conditions to Supervisors
  • Support continuous improvement efforts through AOE tools, root cause analysis, and standard work training
  • Collaborate effectively with Machine Operators, Leads, and production teams
