Requirements

High school diploma or GED
At least 1-2 years in a manufacturing environment, with injection molding experience highly preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
Comfortable following safety protocols, including wearing steel or composite toe shoes
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently
Attention to detail for quality assurance and product inspections
Familiarity with work instructions, forms, and equipment manuals

Nice To Haves

Experience with electric and hydraulic injection molding presses
Proficiency in minor preventative maintenance tasks

Responsibilities

Operate multi-cavity injection molding presses and auxiliary equipment
Stack boxes and totes, bag materials, and print labels efficiently
Conduct thorough product quality inspections and make sound decisions to meet specifications
Perform minor maintenance on assigned presses and request technical support as needed
Keep machinery, work area, and floors tidy, adhering to GMP requirements
Maintain knowledge of product types, raw materials, and quality standards
Collaborate with the molding team to ensure continuous operation during breaks and absences
Accurately place surplus molded components into inventory
