Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
• Previous machine operator experience strongly preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications in English
• Basic math skills for calculations and record-keeping
• Reliable transportation to work
• Willingness to work flexible/extended hours on a rotating night shift
• Strong teamwork and effective communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience working under FDA, GMP, and ISO standards
• Familiarity with utility operations in a production setting

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery to ensure consistent production quality
• Perform routine functions including filling, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspection
• Accurately maintain production records and logs according to FDA, GMP, and ISO9000 standards
• Support team goals through effective communication and collaboration
• Rotate through different tasks and responsibilities as needed to support operational needs
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following standard operating procedures
• Demonstrate punctuality and flexibility by working a rotating 12-hour night shift schedule
