About The Position

We are seeking an Operator 1, Bakery– Pan Washer to join our team at our Cayce, SC bakery. As an Operator 1, Bakery- Pan Washer you will support the packaging process by operating equipment, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment that aligns with our manufacturing standards. Shift: 2nd Hours: 1:45 PM - 10:15 PM Weekend Availability: Required

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
Ability to work in a fast‑paced and frequently changing production environment
Ability to function as a contributing member of a team
Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (with or without assistance)
Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
Ability to work in hot, cold, wet, frozen, dusty, and loud environments
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent
Computer literacy
Experience working in food manufacturing
Experience operating production or packaging equipment

Responsibilities

Operate and adjust packaging equipment to maintain accurate and consistent product specifications
Ensure food products meet established quality, safety, and appearance standards
Package products manually or using automated machinery to meet production targets
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in alignment with GMP and safety requirements
Monitor equipment performance and communicate issues to production, maintenance, and quality teams
Support a positive team environment by collaborating effectively with coworkers
Follow assigned production schedules and running orders to meet shift goals
