About The Position

We are seeking an Operator 1, Bakery – Pan Washer to join our team at our Cayce, SC bakery. As an Operator 1, Bakery – Pan Washer, you will be accountable for supporting the packaging process by operating equipment, maintaining product quality, and ensuring a safe, efficient production environment aligned with manufacturing standards.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (with or without assistance)
Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent
Computer literacy
Experience in food manufacturing
Experience operating production or packaging equipment

Responsibilities

Operate and adjust packaging equipment to ensure consistent product quality and specifications
Monitor production processes and communicate equipment or quality issues to cross-functional teams
Package products to meet production targets using manual and automated methods
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in compliance with GMP and safety standards
Ensure products meet established quality, safety, and appearance requirements
Follow production schedules and running orders to achieve shift goals
Collaborate with team members to support a positive and productive work environment
