About The Position

Boeing Distribution, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Operations Warehouse Manager for their Hialeah, FL location. This role is responsible for managing warehouse operations to ensure the efficient receipt, coordination, and safety of goods, meeting customer delivery requirements. The manager will establish and maintain processes for measuring operational performance, implement corrective actions, and lead daily warehouse activities to meet regulatory and operational needs. Key responsibilities include ensuring proper process flow, achieving customer satisfaction through on-time delivery and quality, organizing and developing direct reporting staff, managing departmental expenditures, and aligning department goals with company objectives. The role also involves collaboration with stakeholders and adherence to company policies such as Code of Conduct, Export Compliance, QA management, and HS&E.

Requirements

8+ years of related work experience in warehouse operations
Experience in global cross functional environment, Warehouse Management, Logistics, and Supply Chain
Strong organizational, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
Strong ability to make thoughtful decisions
Highly motivated and self-directed with strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with team, internal functional areas and customers.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in leadership role (team leader, temp manage, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership”
Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. A “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Responsibilities

Managing operations/activities ensuring the receipt, coordination, and safety of goods coming through a warehouse and meeting customer delivery requirements.
Establishing and maintaining appropriate processes and systems for measuring and reporting all necessary aspects of operational performance, and for establishing timely and thorough corrective action plans for underperforming areas of concern or delinquent development initiatives within agreed formats.
Monitoring, driving and leading the teams and daily warehouse activities.
Driving and meeting all regulatory requirements and operational needs.
Ensuring a proper process & communication flow within a site to meet departmental and company key results.
Working to ensure customer satisfaction with on-time delivery and quality.
Organizing, managing and developing direct reporting staff, and establishing identification, development, and retention programs for all high-potential individuals.
Managing and controlling departmental expenditures and identifying expense reduction potentials in support of company key results.
Planning, developing, and implementing department goals in support of annual key results.
Liaising and collaborating with other key stakeholders as well as ensuring activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements and company policies including but not limited to: Code of Conduct, Export Compliance, QA management / procedures and HS&E.
