About The Position

Collectors is seeking Operations Verification Associates to join their Beckett team. In this role, you will help correctly identify sports trading cards. The ideal candidate will be computer-savvy with a keen eye for detail. Knowledge of sports trading cards is a must. You will report to the Director of Operations, Beckett and work from the Plano, TX office. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Requirements

• 1-3 years’ experience with trading cards/collecting, playing.
• 1-3 Years of experience in the collectible card industry (buying, selling, trading)
• Firsthand Knowledge of sports trading cards
• Strong research and cataloging skills
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older

Responsibilities

• Identify trading cards and associated varieties (Sports Trading Cards)
• Ability to research to find the correct information about trading cards
• Communicate effectively with co-workers and other departments as needed
• Communicate with manufacturers if needed - Topps, Upper Deck, and Panini
• Help maintain and update the database
• Safely handle and account for valuable merchandise, ensuring its security and proper handling throughout all process stages
• Other duties as assigned
