About The Position

The Operations Utility Associate is a flexible team member who supports a variety of Distribution Center functions and assists with Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) driving as needed. This role is essential in keeping daily operations running smoothly by stepping in where needed and maintaining a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Makes safety a priority in all tasks, including warehouse equipment operation and CMV driving where applicable
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Maintains a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; able to obtain coverage through the company’s auto insurance carrier per the Driver Safety Policy (and meet applicable requirements when CMV driving is assigned)
• Demonstrates strong leadership capabilities and the ability to stay composed and effective in a fast-paced, high-volume operation
• Flexible in scheduling to support staffing needs, including limited second shift hours with appropriate advance notice
• Must be able to routinely handle and lift object(s) up to 50 pounds
• Must have basic math skills – addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

Responsibilities

• Support warehouse operations including picking, shipping, receiving, and fabrication
• Flex across departments based on daily needs
• Safely operate CMVs when assigned, following DOT and company guidelines
• Partner with leadership to execute daily priorities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Contribute to a positive team culture and operational excellence
