About The Position
Legrand has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Transformation Director to join the Audio Video Division Team. Lead business transformation initiatives that improve performance, simplify how we operate, and strengthen our ability to grow. The Transformation Director partners across Operations, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Commercial, IT, and Shared Services to define practical transformation priorities, optimize the manufacturing and supply chain footprint, improve end-to-end processes, and build capabilities that deliver measurable and sustainable value. This role acts as a catalyst for change—helping teams move from strategy to execution through clear priorities, strong governance, digital enablement, lean practices, quality discipline, and effective change leadership.
Requirements
- Partner across Operations, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Commercial, IT, and Shared Services to define practical transformation priorities, optimize the manufacturing and supply chain footprint, improve end-to-end processes, and build capabilities that deliver measurable and sustainable value.
