About The Position

We are seeking a Training Manager to oversee training programs that support multiple operational business areas. This role is responsible for developing training strategies, managing learning programs and materials, coaching and supporting trainers, and partnering with leaders to identify training needs and improve employee readiness and performance. The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams, developing and evaluating training programs, and building strong relationships across a variety of stakeholders. Strong communication, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills are essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
• Typically five or more years of relevant experience
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
