About The Position
Apple's Operations Test Engineering team is seeking an engineer with strong technical and interpersonal skills, focused on manufacturing test solutions. The role involves active engagement with Hardware, Operations, and Business teams at Apple and supports the development and execution of test solutions for Apple products.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of work experience in assembly, inspection, test station design, test development, maintenance, and/or automation equipment.
- BS or MS degree in mechanical, electrical, or a similar engineering discipline.
- Up to 25% international travel is required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with cross-functional teams such as hardware design, system teams, capital equipment, quality, and process engineering.
- Knowledge of tester qualification requirements, including calibration, correlation, capability, repeatability and reproducibility, design of experiments, and failure analysis.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a worldwide environment.
- Knowledge of acoustic technologies.
Responsibilities
