Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans including key governing documents such as Project Charters, Scope definitions, reports, and Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Assess and communicate the impact of project risks across individual projects and the broader portfolio, ensuring informed decision-making at all levels.
  • Build, maintain, and adjust project timelines and milestones to keep deliverables on track within committed timeframes.
  • Conduct actual vs. planned cost analysis at the project level; forecast, monitor, and report on project spend throughout the lifecycle.
  • Manage end-to-end project deliverables, aligning task timelines with actual deadlines and proactively addressing gaps.
  • Identify, document, and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies to minimize disruption and maintain forward momentum.
  • Serve as Project Controller in OT and EMS project meetings, providing oversight, structure, and accountability.
  • Lead infrastructure projects including storage implementations and upgrades, network upgrades, and Identity/Privileged Access Management (IAM/PAM) deployments.

  • Facilitate and participate in meetings with technical and non-technical stakeholders to capture requirements, define milestones, communicate timelines, track action items, and monitor overall project health.
  • Monitor daily project progression to detect early deviations from the plan, resolve conflicts proactively, and prevent minor issues from escalating into significant schedule or scope impacts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including those outside the immediate department, to ensure alignment and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Uphold the integrity of the original Project Charter and SOW, actively identifying and managing scope creep before it affects delivery.
  • Develop, compile, and distribute standardized project portfolio reports on a weekly and biweekly cadence, serving as the go-to resource for stakeholder questions and reporting inquiries.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects spanning both hardware and software initiatives, ensuring consistent oversight and delivery across all workstreams.
  • Monitor and manage project resource allocation, identifying over- and underutilization and rebalancing assignments to maintain team efficiency and project momentum.
  • Develop and maintain project metrics and reporting frameworks that provide clear, timely visibility into portfolio performance.
  • Produce cost reports that track and communicate budgeted vs. actual expenses, enabling informed financial decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of key technical domains — including servers, storage, networking, Telco, and applications — to credibly engage in project discussions and bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Own meeting administration end-to-end: prepare and distribute agendas in advance, capture meeting notes, and ensure timely follow-up on all action items.
  • Roll up your sleeves when the project calls for it — participate in the physical delivery of services including unpacking, installation, build-out, and configuration of workstations, servers, and other equipment.
  • Travel to remote sites as needed to provide hands-on, in-person project oversight and support.
