About The Position

We are seeking a curious, creative, and customer-focused intern to help improve the tools, processes, and information that support our Outage Services Division. This is not a traditional internship. You won't just complete assigned tasks. You'll work alongside operations, field personnel, and business leaders to identify challenges, develop solutions, and implement improvements that have a real impact on the business.

Nice To Haves

Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
Experience with Excel, Power Apps, Power Automate, reporting tools, or data analysis is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them to solve business challenges.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Residing in the San Antonio area.

Responsibilities

Improve and modernize training programs, procedures, and knowledge resources.
Build Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and other digital solutions that reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop creative ways to communicate data and operational information to technicians, project managers, and leadership.
Create user-friendly training materials and support the adoption of new technologies.
Explore AI, automation, and emerging technologies to solve business challenges.
Collaborate with employees across multiple departments to understand needs and develop practical solutions.
